Return Policy
This General Return Policy is applicable for all 'eligible' Jasicnytum Products bought online.
Return policy is subject to change at the discretion of Jasicnytum.
If the Product is eligible*** for a refund on return, you can choose to return the Product either through courier Pickup* or Self-Return**
Courier Pickup*
If you schedule a courier pick-up through our Online Returns service, you are required to keep the following documents ready :
1) Original package with the product in resellable condition, if there is any damage to the product, it will not be taken back.
2) A copy of government photo ID
If the product is damaged during transportation while returning it, the customer has to bear the cost for the damages. Courier charges are to be borne by the customer however they may be waived off at the discretion of our team on a case by case basis. The product should be returned within the span of 10 days after the package has been received, no return request will be accepted after that.
Self-Return**
In case of self-return, customer can return the Product using any courier/ postal service of their choice. It is customer’s responsibility to provide all the documents which are required by courier to ship them to Jasicnytum.
Courier charges are to be borne by the customer.
In some places, courier pick-up by Jasicnytum is not accessible, so in those places self-return is the only option.
If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
***Jasicnytum will have the final say in eligibility criteria. Katanas, Fire Wands Steal Deal Products, Discounted Items and Original Figures aren’t eligible in our return policy and are exempted.
