1) When will my order arrive?

Answer: It usually takes 4-5 working days for orders to get delivered to most Indian Pin codes, but it may vary depending upon the proximity to Mumbai/Nashik.

2) My order has arrived but is broken/damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, what should I do?

Answer: We at Jasicnytum try our best to pack all goods safely in transit worthy packaging and do quality checks for all products before dispatch, but occasionally issues may still happen. All we need is an image of the damage and we can initiate a refund and take it as a return or replace it if the product is still in stock.

3) I want to cancel my order how do I proceed?
